I occasionally use medical adhesive spray which works really well. It’s overkill but there’s no way the catheter is coming off accidentally.

FWIW. I have a DGX Push (old version) and a Big Blue 1300NPT. The DGX was $65 or something like that and the Big Blue $200. They seem to be identical lights other than the variable power on the Big Blue (which I do not use). I would not purchase another Big Blue due to the cost difference...
