*Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo*
One of your wishes is now true - you had so many that is difficult to figure out which one.
Maybe the one where the car started after forgetting the headlights on or when it didn't rain when you were without umbrella or raincoat.
I wish everybody's wishes came true.
Mares Power Plana are negative as the Hollis F1 in the water.
I owns both, bought first the Power Plana (with steel spring), then I moved to the Hollis because they are longer and I wanted a bit more power when needed (e.g. current): my legs are trained enough.
Anyway the build quality of both...
I use a weighted bellow pocket.
I started using it because the lack of pocket in my wetsuit and now I cannot even think to get rid of it.
A friend of mine printed a perfectly functional stick in 3D. There are multiple model on thingiverse just in case - try searching "scuba long hose" or just...
I don't believe you have any sort of ear drum perforation
Did you wear a hood ? "wet" sensation could also derive from a bit of colder water that found its way through.
In any case go to a doctor who can accurately inspect your ears.
Either the hose could be too long or the D-ring too high toward the shoulder.
(just imagining 'cause no picture is available)
Have you considered to pass the hose under the armpit and use a 90°-110° connector ?
No, it is a watch size dive computer: it is meant to be worn 24 hours a day. If you want save battery, e.g. avoiding to go in dive mode if the computer gets wet, you can disable it.
How long have been you diving with your knife ? Do you dive salt or fresh water?
Just asking because I had sensible rust corrosion on steel folding knife. Tipically on the springs (if any) and near the pivot point.
99% of my dives are in sea water.
SPG is on the right, but a trasmitter is on the left, probably this is due to the wrist the computer is weared on.
All the other hoses are correctly routed as prescribed by most agencies.
They are quite similar to F1, a bit shorter and sensibly lighter.
Having no chance to try them, I cannot say if they have the same stiffness than the F1, I think this is the characteristic more accountable for thrust.
Enjoy your new fin!
I can confirm others' experience. Old GoPro super suit went down to 80+ meters without issues in more dives.
Before moving to a TG5 I was asking myself how to find stiffer springs for buttons.
Just my two cents: measuring batteries voltage while there is no load can lead to erroneous values. I often realized that as soon as the load is draining current, the voltage drops well below the open circuit value. This is especially true with lithium battery. I don't own a Garmin transmitter...
I think in the video the screw of the STA have to be in the BP instead, the screw head should be to the STA side, else it would possibly interfere with the tank. The same applies when you attach a twin tank: screw's head is on the tank side.
The point is that the tank straps do not pass through the BP. They should, however, to ensure firm connection. There are some guys suggesting to add aluminium STA connected via the grommets to the BP. So, even if the cam bands are not through the BP neither the STA, the latter (hence the tank)...
