    I've enjoyed diving with Coconut Tree in West End. They also offer Cabins or Dorm rooms (not sure on discounts). The cabins and dorms are really well cared for They do a 2 tank morning dive, a 1pm and 2:30pm single tank dive. Native Sons, and Sun Divers are some other places I'd suggest...
