I’ve got a large face and coarse beard. Have had great success with the Tusa Ceos and now SeaVision Ultra. I always shave down a few mm (1/8”) from the top edge of my moustache and use silicon grease… no mask I’ve ever had can deal with my beard and thickness choice if I don’t 😂

A few posts of my kids' first cenote cavern dives this year. They each have around 30 dives each now... couldn't be prouder of their forms and so happy they enjoy diving as much as I do :)

Today was a SCORE for the treasure shelf. Vintage dive housing for a Bolex H18 camera. Minty H18 inside… going to clean it up and leave it as is. This was a well used but meticulously cared for housing.

Built this for my dive trailer. Handles 3 divers worth of hoods, gloves and boots. Everything is dry overnight. The fan is a grow-tent unit built to handle the moisture :) Lots of holes drilled in the box lid under the HVAC vent glove dryer toppers. The top PVC elbows are full of holes as well...

Can't find it... even searched the page for the words custom and DMC... only occurrence of 'custom' is in the rebreather list.

There is a line under my user name that indicates I and a DMC... I'm now a DM and want to eliminate the DMC. but can't find it in the settings. Can someone help? Thanks!

UPDATE: No problem with the camera equipment at PVR airport. They even scanned all the suitcases and carry-ons upon entry. They were far more curious about laptops and other electronics. Didn't even open the camera case or the cases with the BPW's. Was it all worth it? Barely. VIS was...

Sunwing is especially asinine. You get ONE free carry on. 5kg and 28x23x13cm (11lb 11x9x5”). Second carry on can be larger, but has the same weight limit, goes in the overhead and is charged $25. Meant my 50lbs of camera gear (housing, lights, batteries and chargers) has to be mainly checked...

Pretty much!!! Some old video lights at a paltry 3500 lumen each. Only one Japanese made Sea&Sea strobe and an acrylic housing from SeaFrog for my old a6000 camera and an underwater video camera from a bankrupt company. Packed with some tool box foam from CanadianTire and a cut up sleeping bag...

Headed to PVR airport next month. Flying on an airline that SEVERELY limits carryon luggage (11lb limits with a insanely small size). Hoping to avoid the dreaded camera tax. Getting an import carnet and bond was going to cost CAD$600… rolling the dice that this presentation will get me through...
