i am a padi diver that is taking a ssi class at scuba sciences and i am learning more there then i did at the padi stores
so you now have some grate info to work with
so have fun diving
i have a c-spine injury of the c1-c6 and i am working on my divecon c-card from ssi i can not get some one out of the water on to a boat but i can help some one in the water and when i get on the boat so if i can do the divecon class i think you can do it to
most dive stores have a pool and it is regulated be legislation and the stores are leguiated to pay taxs.
these legislation do not govern scuba dive, they govern the store.
legislation for background checks are the a stores thing, not scuba diving thing.
so if it is legislated to do...
i do not want the legislature in diving i want it to be mandatory at a backgrownd check is done on those that work with kids
and the scuba stores can have the employee can play for the check and be reinburst after thay are cleared
the deal is if a back grown check it is a safty check for all the kid and the stores
the originally posting got removed and this is the one that SB will let stay
but if what happen to my love one can be stopped with a back grown check then i think it is worth it
i do post this thread for this incident but if i try to give for info on the incident scuba board kicks it off.
yes az has a law to do back grown check to work with kid but not for the scuba stores they do not have to do one.
i think they should!
so a shop that hurts a kid can not be listed but if a regulator false some one can list it and name the shop
and it is not a accuation i am the uncle of one of the kids and wint to cort
so i know it is the truth
