December is south for sure. North is basically 3 meter visibility. Central 10m visibility, lots of mantas. Still divable, but not ideal. In that respect Komodo is an all year round destination. But not the same parts all year.

Yeah, I found the o-ring on the vacuum plug comes off easily as well. I always double check that the o-ring is still there when putting the vacuum plug back on.

One of the nice things about diving from a homestay on Kri.. you can do Cape Kri.. a LOT. I did 6 dives out of 26 there. Its worth it... Melissa's Garden for $60 extra is worth it too. Considering you get to visit Fam as well
