2.5 years ago I rebuilt a Scubapro MK10 and the IP was 130 psi with no shims. After about 30 dives the IP is now around 100 psi. Does this mean my spring is going bad? Should I shim it back up to a higher IP when I rebuild it? BTW - it still breathes great on the G250 2nd stage.

This makes sense, but there are several comments about PP blending and the requirement to be O2 clean when that is done. I assume that O2 clean is a reference to the interior parts of the cylinder, which would not be exposed to higher PPO2 from this process.

I got the poppet and balance chamber in the mail today. Everything is installed, adjusted, and working perfectly. I'm very pleased with the way this has worked out. I'll never send either of my MK10/G250 regs out for service again.
