I've trained in both Jules and Tigertail. I prefer Tigertail 10x over Jules. From what DMs told me Tigertail is cheaper, too. Tigertail for Open Water, and Jules for Nav - as the vis can be 10ft when there are others training there.

I can see this for those high schoolers involved in marine biology. I know at least of 2 that have trained with my dive instructor for their class requirement.
