Can not comment on Ocean but I dove with Evolution a few years back and they were very good and safety conscious.

Captain Gregg’s is one of the best dive shops around PG. Have had about 10 stays with them and now when they have rebuilt need to go back to give them the support they need.

My advice would be just to suck up the cost and arrange for private transfer. A bit expensive but well worth it especially if you just want to get to Sabang quickly at that time at night. Also, this way you can be on first dive at 9AM the following morning. Every hotel in Sabang can set it up...

Four dives per day should be no problem. Their regular schedule was 10am, 12:30, 3 and night dive at 6. Restaurant was good, manager and servers courteous. They have a nice grill special for kebabs and fish on weekends which to be recommended. breakfast was good with choices and I loved sitting...

I don't have any specific comments to watch out for at the Blue Ribbon as I was quite happy there. As many places in Sabang it is not a huge place so staff get to know you quickly which is nice. I am usually very laid back when on dive trips and trust local guides judgement on places to go etc...
