I'm having the same problem with my Cobalt 2 however I first tried plugging it into the wall charger (for about 6 hrs) before trying the USB charge (which didn't work either). I will email Atomic directly with my email address for the instructions.

When I go into System Info on my Cobalt 2 it states Version is: "2.405/2", can I assume that's an older version and needs to be updated? It just seems awful close to 2.42. Edit: OK, answered my own question, 2.405/2 is an older version. After updating it now displays "2.420/2".

Atomic has been promising an update to the Cobalt 2 F/W for months (a year now). When are we actually going to get that F/W update? I had to contact MacDive and get the un-official F/W in order to get my Cobalt 2 to actually upload dives to my Mac, so technically I'm running unsupported F/W on...

I contacted SeaLife via their web site contact form yesterday for support on my DC1400 and received a response in under 2 hrs.
