Lp85's. A 3500 fill will get you 126 cuft of gas which is incredible. Don't worry too much about over filling, just make sure the burst disc is like a 4500 lb or so

Get what fits, if you aren't going to be comfortable you aren't going to want to dive.

Food grade silicone is healthy for the seals on your suit, that's what I've always used. It slides right on if you coat it with silicone.
