As a diver in town, I can confirm that it is just a basic hole in the ground quarry. It has a lot of stuff in it to look at... for a quarry, and goes quite deep, but doesn't have caves or anything like that.

This is just awful... I have dove there 3 times in the last 5 weeks. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Does the computer have any issues of any kind? I know the Cobra's are somewhat prone to dive to 400+ feet while dry... There's one in my den doing that now. I am very interested, but that tendency to fail has me a bit skittish. Any history of that with this particular unit?

I can't tell you what it will cost there, but I just did mine for $350 including all books, air, dives, etc. That seems high, but I did all shore dives in Maui. I used all my own equipment except tanks and weights, but the operator I used didn't charge for rental gear if you took a class.
