If you want to rack up a bunch of dives in an easy laid-back environment, Cocoview in Roatan is like diver's summer camp. I've heard it called a land based LOB; multiple boat dives per day plus an all you can eat shore dive. A lot of "tidy bowl" divers make the pilgrimage at least once. :clearmask:

I've rented cars from them several times. Nothing but good experiences. If they have trucks available, I wouldn't hesitate.

Sometimes it sucks if your only flight option is from a major airline hub city. You could be like me and always have to make a connection and live 3+ hours from the nearest airport. I also live on a beautiful river with lousy local healthcare. You take the good with the bad... :clearmask:🫤...

I've had Visa not scan but MasterCard would...weird and probably related to the specific business. I don't worry too much about it in Curacao as Naf is pinned to the dollar so not much difference (unlike the Mexican peso). YMMV

I prefer the JBS-69 for inverted snorkeling but I understand it’s not for everybody. All IMHO, YMMV. It’s a big ocean…DSFDF 🤿

It's important to follow the rules of the boat (their boat, their rules). That said...in my experience there are many interpretations of the function of dive guides in the marine park. I prefer valet, "dive your tank" shops where once you demonstrate that you are a competent, "no drama" diver...

Yeah, I’m sure the reefs have looked better, but I bet the toughest thing to see would be @Soloist in his speedo. That said I’m sure @uncfnp thinks that looks pretty good. Just goes to show everybody has an opinion…😊👍
