Interesting, thanks. Safety is always a concern, especially when my wife is involved. I was actually leaning towards them because they offer a 10 dive package that can be used across islands (great for hoppers), but now I'm rethinking that. Any other tips welcome ;)

Hi all- I had so-called "walking pneumonia" a couple of weeks ago and I am DYING (no pun intended) to go diving again, but I want to play it safe. I went to the Dr's for a fever that would not go away on Jan 9 which is when he diagnosed me with a light case of pneumonia of the lower right...

Thanks for the info! I plugged the hole with the plastic disc, epoxied the whole thing, and took it to 115ft... nice and dry! The bad news is that it turns out that the flash doesn't work at all (flash ready light goes on, but the capacitor doesn't discharge).. not sure if it is the bulb, or...

I dive often in California but have never purchased an underwater camera because I am worried about losing/breaking all of that expensive equipment. So my next vacation will be a liveaboard in Belize and one of my colleagues who used to dive a lot let me borrow his old Sea&Sea Motormarine 35...
