A couple of drops of Glycerin in that solution will keep it from over-drying your ears (available at the local drug store near the hand creams)

I suffered a "Farting Malady" once, but it was not a water ingress issue......The fart rolled up the back of my wetsuit and into my hood, forming a bubble at the top of my hood.....shortly thereafter I purchased a hood with a vent hole.Problem Solved.

Webbah, If you like diving, just keep at it....You've been checked out, so the next assumption is that you just have lots of fatigue (or maybe the symptoms really are the flu?)...5 dives in a weekend is alot if you're not used to it. Work on getting into shape, if that's what you need, and do...

OMS offers a reg set up with a face shield in place of a mouthpiece for a couple hundred bucks....couple that with an O2 clean al63, you got a couple of hours of o2, and the ability to use it as a deco bottle if need arises.

I did a test on the Hydro-optix when they first came to my shop....I have 20/20 vision, so I had to be fitted for contacts with a +3.5 correction. If you have never worn contacts, It's an experience. The mask is definitely everything they say it is.....WIDE field of unobstructed view, corrects...

Just a hunch, but doing this test in the chamber probably doesn't accurately replicate factors incurred in diving, like temperature, exertion, etc. On the fatigue thing.....On a single dive you may or may not notice a difference depending on the parameters of the dive, but I know for a fact...
