I can recommend Vietnam as a destination, the southern part. There´s an island called Con Dao and a luxury resort there that looks wonderful, prices seem reasonable depending on your liveaboard trip later! Here´s the link to the resort. Six Senses Con Dao - Luxury Con Dao Resort Also...

Wow this is just shameful...It is not the only case though many agencies in Asia do this, and some don´t even bother to certify and give any training at all. Guests are strapped to BCDs and tanks and pulled down, navigated by "instructors" to see fishes and corals. You should get his name and...
