Anybody out there in SB land know what the correct o-ring sizes are to rebuild a Golem Gear SS inflator?
Golem gear has not been much help. The one time I got in touch with him he told me he'd put the kits on the website, but that never seemed to happen.
Thanks
Jake
Aparently it's the same...
I have a GG stainless steel inflator that has started to leak and auto inflate on me. Does GG sell a kit, or does anyone have a list of the O-ring sizes that I need to rebuild it?

After almost 300 dives the zipper on my Diving Concepts suit finally gave out in the shoulder area, making for a very wet, cold dive. Turns out its hard to maintain buoyancy when your suit is auto venting too.

I know enough people who had the same zipper failure mode , so...
Looking for some plugged L/R 3/4" 200 bar DIN valves (or a manifold).
I have 2-200 bar thermo pro valves that were recently serviced that I'd like to trade for them.
Let me know what you've got!
Jake
Got these with a set of old 72's, but I have no use for them.
1- 3/4" SP manifold
2-3/4" J valves.
The tanks had gas in them when I got them, and so I know the manifold is working. The J valves have been in a box since the late 70's when they were taken off to double them up.
$90 + shipping...
So, it's made by scubapro clearly, it's ~10lbs of brass, but other than that, what is it? It's got an HP port in one end, the other end has some sort of gas fitting, and an Audio port. Yes, Audio. So, what is it?
What diameter bungee is everyone using for their Razor style harnesses and steel tanks? With aluminum 80's it seemed that the 1/4" stuff was just fine, but when diving HP100's last night it was clear that the 1/4" wasn't string enough. Thinking about stepping up to 5/16", but maybe I should go...
Seeking some wisdom from the collective!
I had an older BC somebody gave me that used these neat butterfly gaskets to seal through multiple layers of the BC. Anybody know where I can get some?
Thanks,
Jake
I'm going to make myself a neoprene neck seal. I made some wrist seals, and that went pretty well, but the template for that was much easier than the neck. So has anybody ever done this? Anybody have a template? Thanks

Does anybody know if the CO2 canisters used to inflate old vintage BC's are available anywhere? Are these things safe to use? Any info appreciated, thanks.
So I managed to succesfully buld myself a lift bag, now all I need is a dump valve to keep it neutrally bouyant on the ascent. I could buy a BC style valve, but they want a rediculous amount for those. Anybody have any ideas other than buying an old BC and removing the valve?
Thanks
Jake
Does anybody know if the Trail Tech 10Watt HID bulb/Ballast will fit in a D-cell converted maglite? I'm sure the bulb will, but I don't know if the ballast will fit down the barrel of a D-cell maglite. All help appreciated.

Has anyone out there made thier own DSMB or lift bag? I bought a yard of this-

And sewed it into a tube. Thus far I have not been successful with getting the heat seal glue to work, because my iron is the wife's fancy one...
Here's a question for those of you familiar with the area around the Mukilteo T-dock.
In about 30fsw there is a street sign standing upright off the bottom. Attached to it is a line running parrallel to the bottom headed south (toward the ferry) about 4' off the bottom. So the question is...
This is a question for DA Aquamaster or other similarily knowledgeable individuals.
I saw a recent post about someone who was looking to convert an AL micra to a DIN reg and I got to thinking, is there a way to convert my Pro diver to a DIN reg? I posted in the DIY about it, and the only...
