If it was me all three boats would be under a different LLC. I own multiple businesses each one has its own LLC. One of my businesses is a property holding company, each property in that company is protected by an individual LLC. In the sue happy state of California it is a must.

This could be, But years back me and a group of friends (15) chartered a 65" boat. What a disaster that was. Two the bunks couldn't be used due to hydraulic fluid from the steering lines leaking all over them. One of the diesels was leaking oil so bad that the crew actually used a 1 gallon milk...
It does state in the COI:
"A MEMBER OF THE VESSEL'S CREW SHALL BE DESIGNATED BY THE MASTER AS A ROVING PATROL AT ALL TIMES, WHETHER OR NOT THE VESSEL IS UNDERWAY, WHEN THE PASSENGER'S BUNKS ARE OCCUPIED."
No grey area there.

I just did my Rescue Dive course at Casino Point. Great place to dive, I have a boat thats being set up for diving, It's in a slip over at Marine Park L.B.
=-) I picked up two PST LP 95's at Sport Chalet on friday from the Marina Del Ray store for $206 ea. my local store is in Valencia. I called all the Sport Chalet in So Cal and all had the 4-00 in stock, but Marina Del Ray had just got two with 6-02 dates on them. I think they don't rotate there...
