I have mine set to 10. But I vary the actual stop depth depending on dive conditions, my condition, and other factors.
I might spend most of the stop somewhere between 20-10, but the last 5 feet I ascend veereee slowleeee...
Stay in Anilao (weather concerns crossing the channel + your short stay).
I recommend Buceo Anilao.
And yes, Anilao has lots of macro, but there are a several areas with beautiful coral/fish.
I've used fish finder type sidescan sonars to locate a lost SCUBA cylinder. You will need to use a tow fish with the transducer to be able to get a usable image from 30m.
Adjust the distance between the bottom and the tow fish as needed to get the desired coverage area and detail.
