I have one of the old style Pioneer wings, too. It seems that there is enough room to cut slots in it for the cam bands. If so you won't need the STA and won't have to worry about how to attach it..

Delrin is a brand of polyacetal or polyoxymethylene. The two major producers are Ticona (Celcon) and DuPont (Delrin). Specs areon their web sites. Search ticona.com for POM or celcon and search dupont.com for delrin. Dive safe! Andy

Usually that cord has a loop that goes around a pin in the inflator. Just push the pin in to release the cord on the old inflator and reverse the procedure on the new one..
