The amount of weight is individual, i am a cold water diver and made it 10 kg to meet my wishes. What you need and prefer is up to you. Just add 500g extra lead when you melt it, you will lose it in slag etc.
This is how i made a removable P-weight for my backplate. It make the transportation on land easier, also easier to handle the rig out of the water.
The video don`t show the 6mm bungee that lock the weight in the top of the backplate, sorry for that. But i think you understand the concept :)

Thank`s for the nice feedback. We had one hour of drifting away from the mothership, finally when we were picked up the entry to the boat went quit fast. I was the last out of the water, and i followed the shark with my eyes all the time :)

I just used 2 old broken S&S cable`s, and drilled a hole in. Earlier i considered this Howshot Fiber Adapter L for Sea&Sea YS strobes- This fiber adapter L is for Sea&Sea YS style connector. , but i`m not sure how big cable this can handle and i don't want the 90 degree angle this adapter creates.

Well, my backpressure in the filter cartridges is 180bar, so i thought the pressure in the stages should be stable at the most of the 232bar filling. My manual says 6-6,5 bar in 1st and 45-47 bar in 2nd. but not on witch final pressure.

Hi, a little more information could be helpfully. Have you cheked the condensat drain valve, is it leaking ? What about the safety-valves ? Tried a "blow-by" test ?
