i am surprised the din kit available for order as well, before this almost tempted to pay a heavy bid price in ebay.
@buddhasummer, thanks mate, just want to know where i can get it for future reference just in case if i decided not to use mk10 anymore lol
do u mean the 7/16" to 3/8" adapter and vice versa? i have that too.. but i like to replace my hose which is a bit too long for me ( i have short torso) and kind of bulky and heavy
that is interesting. I am not aware that they have it in standard fittings. So it has standard HP spool as well just like modern ones?
i am wondering that too, thanks for reply!
Hi all, so i have this very good condition Nemrod SPG, and i really like to use it with my dive setup but without the original HP hose which has a bigger size female thread.
Any idea how can i use this gauge with modern HP hose? an adapter with a spool something like that?
i used to encounter that a few times when i bought a few second stage off ebay.
what i did was try using a different approach to turn the volcano orifice, such as using mallet to tap the wrench or turning the wrench against table/floor so i can have better turning force.. sometimes if that...
Hi guys,
I have just acquired this regulator, yoke knob said Oceanic but i have searched through all the models by Oceanic and could not get one match with this.
Anyone has any idea?
i have older seaquest bcd as well and recently i just changed out the oral inflator only with aftermarket one just like in DGE.. if you would like to replace whole assy including hose and elbow flange you have to look for aqualung dealer
thanks for the heads up! i think i will look for scubapro kits for now.. since i think its quite value for money considering there are 3 seats included in each kit :)
i noticed the creeps when i first pressurize it after replacing new seat and o-rings, thinking it might take a few cycle to break in to get less creep since i remembered i read somewhere about people commenting it might creeps less after setting in
however it is still the same after i initiated...
Today i tried to troubleshoot further and swapped out the new seat with old HP seat, turns out the problem was the seat afterall :facepalm:IP lockup was fast and precise and only creep less than 5psi
So now my questions are how does a new seat resulted in creeeping that way and will they creep...
that will be great! i was thinking earlier on i might have to look for another mk10 to salvage since i also need a yoke knob for my second mk10, any chance u might have that as well? :eyebrow:
i am planning to sand abit on the piston with sandpaper tomorrow and see how it goes. if it still...
thanks for all the reply!
i too thinking should be the piston problem, since i changed second seat and its the same case
so where can i buy NOS piston besides eBay?
