From my standpoint, one night dive after a full day of diving is enough. After that, I'm usually ready to get cleaned up and find something to eat. I must be getting old.:boom:

I didn't think the R 190 had an adjustment. Are you sure it's not a G-250? In either case, keep the mouthpiece down and you won't have a problem.:boom:

My wife and I stayed on the Big Island for a couple of weeks. We took a day off from diving to see the sights. We had a good time on the helicopter ride and also had a tape made of the tour. We thought it was worth the time. :boom:

I usually forget to clean it at home. When I'm diving, I grab a handful of sand and rub. The slate is clean and ready for more notes. Also, I've never had to replace a slate yet.:boom:
