Hi
I'm selling my Aquatica housing for the 5D2 over on fleabay, but here's some pics.
The case is solid and bullet proof, no scratches on the 8" dome and comes with all the arms and clamps you see pictured.
I'm selling it because I just don't get in the water with a camera that much anymore...
This is good, sound advice. Especially on the upkeep.
Although my eyes water thinking about the CFE bill that would power AC that's on all the time.
We have a couple of properties here and in the one we live in, I can just keep the AC on in one room for maybe 10 days in the month and the bill...
Oh no!
I have just seen this.
I haven't been around much and logged on to have a snoop around.
Words can't express shock.
Like other here, I didn't know her, but knew of her.
Nothing else I can say that hasn't been said.
RIP TSandM
Hi
Personally. I'd just spend the money when you come here on rental and go home without any headaches.
It's not the wild west it used to be, although you need to beware of the agents you use, but the headaches of running a property over here just won't justify any gains you may or may not...
It's not getting a lot of love on Amazon either with the same issues regarding battery:

I can understand that manufacturers sometimes come to market with a product early and run into problems, but the customer service after the...
How annoying.
I've just come out the back of a four year hate-hate relationship with my Suunto D6. Both my D6 and my wife's D4 have been back to the manufacturers after the failure of the sensor (something that a lot of the D series suffered with) and it's broken again. We live abroad and can't...
Was a case study in a book I just read about a guy doing something similar. Him and his gf drifted for hours, nearing death when the coast guard found them.
Thing is, he was convicted his boat had been stolen when the found it drifting unmanned a few miles away.
Anything can happen when...
If a trained diver doesn't realise the dangers of diving in an environment they aren't equipped or trained to dive in, that person doesn't have a sufficient level of training to be in the water, and no amount of links on this thread would convince them any different.
Sometimes natural selection...
I know the staff there- they're all very good.
Dressell is very strict on standards... more so than most of the other ops in that area.

sorry, just noticed how old this post is :o
Yeah the reds drop off pretty quickly. You either have to take it down with you in the form of lights... But as mentioned, they're only reasonable in close proximity.
or take a filer with you, may help a bit, but you're gonna lose some light.
If you try to boost the red channels in post, it...
I think that you're already on the right track by examining your footage and wanting 'more'.
Too many people fall into the mistakes of following like fish and putting up long meandering single shot footage.
For a year, I used to sell underwater DVDs to divers less than 10 minutes after...
I've been filming cenotes for a while now as a job, but recently I was asked by a local instructor to do a promotion film for him.
Anybody who is cave trained will tell you that this is no easy task. With some overly conservative planning, we headed out to a couple of caves and shot some...
Hi
I have an LED LUX 1000. Used it today and see that one of the three LEDs wasn't lit. The other 2 worked OK.
The thing is I bought it July 6th 2010, so am I right in assuming it's out of warranty now and will have to foot the cost of the repairs?
