How do you figure out how much lift you will need in a wing? I dive with 18LBS 7mill suit Back plate and wing HP 100's one tank only How much lift do I need?

Do you think a whites with a tech package would be a good fit if I spear fish or would a dui CLX450 be a better choice? I crawl around on rocks but I also need to cover a lot of ground when I look for halibut.

I dive a back plate and wing set up right now and with my wetsuit I use 18 lbs of lead. How much can I expect to carry with a drysuit?
