What is the difference between a divemaster and an instructor?

soooo....we wouldnt be aloud to the blue hole then?

me and my dive buddie are thinking about going to ichetucknee and checking out the blue hole but not sure if its safe for open water divers. idk if anyone has been there but im curious as to how strong the currents are and is it a dangerous dive to us.

so the dive master was just logging our dives i didnt know of that :O he gave ne a little dive book and he will log the dives i did for me :)

Im positive it was an open water certification for one reason being they offer ad vanced open water nitrox rescue diver and such. and honestly im wondering if it is legitamint. they didnt ever mention logging your dives. how ever we did do our 5 dives and practice our skills and what not. he...

our dive master didnt give us any packet. he taught us how to use a dive chart for depths and legth of depths. but i never received a packet. :/

soo ive been told that i should have recieved a dive log book and taught to use it during my naui dive certfication. would me not getting one of these be something against the law or rules for this? i feel kind of cheated after learning this.

im a college student i cant afford a dive computer :)
