4 dive days is plenty. You will be able to see enough in 4 days. You can do 3 dives a day there from the boat and some from the dock for mandarin fish. Your schedule looks good. Do you have to fly nonstop from Palau to Manila or is it easier to go through Guam?

If you are in Guam and would like to take SeaSigns or SeaSigns Instructor I am able to teach both courses. You can go anytime to MDA and ask for Seleen Divers. Courses will be given even when there are not any listed on the board!
