I've found that taking 2 original formula dramamine before bed with at least 16 oz of water, then 2 bonine at least an hour before you sail with more water, works every time. Dramamine and Bonine work in different ways and the combination is very effective. I realize it is anecdotal but anyone...

As a new diver I am still learning how to dive. I want to dive wrecks and that is my main ambition. I am sure once I get past trying to learn how dive I will dive wrecks and get off to warm, pretty dive sites to see the sea life whenever I can.

Did my first cold water dive in a 7mm double suit last week. I guessed wrong on the weights and could not get down. It's one thing to be a newbie and quite another to look like one.... :thinkingo
