I had a great experience with Prodiver Maui, in October 2021, and they're located in Kihei. Despite the still present restrictions dictated by the pandemic, they were accommodating and professional. I only did shore dives with them but I had a blast.

It's all about enjoying life, Jenny, and more important, the long term habits. Indulging yourself occasionally is perfectly fine, so long as you do not do so with a perception of guilt. That in itself triggers the autonomic nervous system to respond in an unfavorable way. Have fun!

Try this combo:
1.) Dumbbell Deadlift 12 reps
2.) Dumbbell Push-up/Renegade Row 5 reps per side
3.) Ball Leg Curl x 12
4.) Downward Dog into Cobra x 10 (no holding position)
Repeat 3-4 times with no rest if possible. Aim to complete 4 rounds in 12 minutes. Enjoy! :)
