Looks like Scubapro has a new and improved G260 out.

Cool I'll have to check out Scubapro's site. I've been using their MK10/G200B (B IS FOR BALANCED 2ND STAGE) for almost twenty years now, no problems what so ever.

Review of Scuba Pro's Sea Wing Nova Fins.

Thanks for the info. I use the original Seawing but mostly stick to my Jets. May have to give the Novas a try.

    Sherwood Regulators

I still use my Maximus from the mid 1990's. Check out my avatar it has my older Maximus in it. Love it for cold water diving...

Conshelf 21 vs Scubapro Mk10 for used rig??

I have both Conshelf XIV, 21 and a G250/Mk10. You really can't go wrong with either. I would lean towards the Scubapro for performance, and the Conshelf for a reliable, economical used regulator. It's a toss up for me anyway...

    MK25-Which end is up?

Either way is right…If you find yourself being hit in the head underwater flip it over. I use it with the turret up because I have no problems with it hitting the back of my head underwater.

    Regulator Choice

Let me start by saying all these regulators are fantastic choices. I chose the Aqua Lung because I’ve used it at depth in cold, deep conditions. The Scubapro’s I own are kind of sensitive at depth in cold water, but I do not own the Mk17/650. I do however own a D400 MK20 and G250 MK10. My son...

What is the oldest regulator still in production or that you own?

Sorry to hear of his passing...you should have no problem with getting the gear serviced. The Conshelf XIV is still in Aqua-Lungs 2007 catalog!

What is the oldest regulator still in production or that you own?

Nice gear Luis H...I may have to find an older unit to restore and dive.

What is the oldest regulator still in production or that you own?

Well, it was three questions (answer the ones you want). I think the MK2 was the MK200 back in the day, and I don’t know if the design was changed at all. DA would know! Good choice! I think some US Divers designs (Conshelfs) have been around a little longer than the mk200/mk2. I could be...

Now that's what I'm talking about! A 1955 Spirotecnique (Aqua-Lung) Mistral! Would this be the one in your avatar?

    gear on ebay

Uh…huh…french-fried-potat’ers…LOL. Love the avatar! I’ve bought some stuff on eBay and most of it was decent. The regulators I acquired all were in good shape and just needed servicing. I had to throw out some hoses and a SPG but they were purchased as a kit. Just be aware of what you’re...

What is the oldest regulator still in production or that you own?

Nice collection from the 70's & 80's...The MR-12 is a long running design that I forgot about. I have a Conshelf XII from 1977...thats my oldest, still can get it serviced with no problem.

What is the oldest regulator still in production or that you own?

I’m just sitting here looking at all my old gear (because I just thru my back out this weekend) and “bam” it came to me…an epiphany (or it’s the vicodin I’m on right now). I’m getting old and so is my gear! Well here it goes the three questions I’m pondering are as follows: Please try to give...

same or different regs for pony and back gas (mk17 vs poseidon xstream)?

Sure, I just took for granted that most people know what a Conshelf 14 is…Now that I look back I should have stated “an old quality regulator like a Conshelf 14”. Yes definitely in agreement about quality new or old.
