Go have your sinuses checked out by an ENT - I know of someone who had congestion and put pressure on their facial nerve and caused the very symptoms you describe. Get it checked out and make sure your plumbing is okay before you dive again!

That's not a requirement anymore. PADI instructors are not required to keep a copy of the OW Knowledge Reviews. The instructor must attest to having seen the completed KR and sign off. That's it. I do think they are required to keep a copy of the KR's for continuing education.

What is SD?

There are so many things that affect visibility: Water temp, wind, rain, algae, fins, ground runoff... As the water temp increases the visibility tends to decrease due to accelerated algal growth. I suspect that's part of what's going on out at Aurora right now. If there were lots of people...
