I would still keep the receipt and take it with you on subsequent trips, but I have one buddy that has been charged like 3x for the same camera rig. The one time he was determined to argue it they just delayed him so much that it was either pay or miss the boat. He paid (again).
Just throwing out another data point I noticed this morning. My rapidly discharging Teric showed 20% this morning so I threw it on the charger (OEM) and the second it made contact with the charger the battery jumped from 20% to 32%. It's only been on there about 2 minutes and is already up to...
That's the beauty of the single cabin.. when you finally get to sleep at least you don't have to worry about your bunkmate stepping on your face at 2 am to get to the bathroom.

My buddy pitched a trip down there shortly after we got back from Cocos last year. After a few minutes of research I thumbed it. Threads like this are the reason why.

Yup.. Teric 1 gets about 7 charges to every 1 charge for Teric 2. In storage Teric 1 will average about 1 charge every 2 mos or so whereas Teric 2 could probably go almost a year in storage without needing a charge.
Teric 1 was fully charged on 5/6 and here's the drain history since then...
Mine are dramatically different as well. Last few weeks of data:
