    How long is his ride to work? I'd love to ride my bike to work for the exercise, but I'd have to take a very busy road to get there and I think I'd get killed! Plus I'd be all sweaty...don't think the coworkers would appreciate that too much!

    That's fantastic! It is a good feeling, isn't it? I ate a bit more than usual during my weekend camping trip, but it's funny that what I consider "pigging out" now is an amount that I would have considered "not nearly enough" in my heavier days. Keep up the good work, FB!

    Hahaha! No, all that heavy lifting is my boyfriend's job. ;) But I will be hiking every day, so I'll at least be getting my cardio done. And though drinking beer around the camp fire is one of my favorite parts of camping, I will only do so in moderation. :beerchug:
