Line Of Duty Death - Michael Burgan, Sugar Creek Volunteer Fire Department, OH

So sorry for your loss! Am a public safety diver just up the road from Sugar Creek. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and co-workers. I remember a Chief telling me once that he worried more about his divers than any other group. Sometimes we forget how serious our work is! A...

    Diving in Corolla, NC

I dive NC as often as I possible and agree with Rad Diver get AOW. Conditions in NC can change quickly, the more experience the better. Staying in Corolla and being a first timer I would recommend Bill at OBX diving in Nags Head. Runs a very tight operation and will put a dive master in the...

    Spring Meet N Greet XXX

No, the fees aren't a problem at all. It's been a while since I've been there and I seem to remember parking near a dock and having to move my car because I didn't pay for a campsite. Thanks for the offer but it's no problem at all. t

By the way, parking always seems to be an issue out there unless you have a campsite. I have a ton of gear to check out so what is the protocol when it comes to dropping off gear, setting up, etc. And did they ever get that big chopper that used to adorn the general parking area in the water? t

    Spring Meet N Greet XXX

All my dive buddys have either moved out of state or are not active in the sport anymore. I don't really know any of you but would like to attend the event. I've dived Gilboa at least a dozen times the past 5 yrs. or so, including the deep side. Not really into camping much and it's been so long...
