Washington has a vehicular homicide statute. A person who is under the influence, along with anyone who drives their vehicle in a reckless manner, or drives it with disregard for the safety of others and is the proximate cause of the collision, may be charged. Vehicular Homicide is a class A...
I Washington State if you refuse, your license, permit, or priviledge to drive will be revoked or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least one year.

Three lanes or more has been the law for school busses as long as I can remember.
When I was in the 5th grade (1974) we lived on a highway with four lanes. I lived less than a mile from the city limits. The bus would pick my up and then drive its about 10 mile route picking up more kids...
I have forgotten to put my car in park. I did it when I was new (less than a year on). I did (as I was trained) set my park brake so it wasn't a problem.
1. Look for a safe place to make the stop.
2. Put my hat on.
3. Keeping an eye on the occupants of the car, call out the stop.

The kids are not allowed to cross the road in the presence of the bus driver. Normally the bus will pick up the kids on one side of the road, turn around at the end of the route and drive back picking kids up on the other side. The same thing happens when dropping the kids off at night.
In Washington (state) a license is only required if you are concealing the gun.
For school buses with the lights on and stop paddle out: oncoming traffic on a road with more than two lanes does not have to stop.
Wow Doug!! I am truly impressed. 64 bit has been out for quite awhile and I was only able to find one antivirus program that runs in 64 bit (Avast). Everyone else is still in development. You guys beat them and software is their business!!
Bill

Thanks,
Bill B.
My experience with electronic items in general is: when they break you throw them away. I have a digital camera I paid about $350 for. Several of the pixels are bad. It would cost almost the price I paid for the camera to have the pixels fixed. Then I would still have a 4-5 year old camera.
Well, if you happen the buy the super high performance titanium tanks, then yes, your tanks are a fire hazard and no amount of water will put them out. Only two problems:
1. The fire would have to be very hot to ignite the titanium.
2. Nobody is making titanium tanks.
Just don't store...
I end up with water up my nose while diving. I actually didn't even realize it until afterwards.
I like to leave a small amount of water in my mask to keep the fog off the inside of the lense. As long as I don't end up with water in my eyese I'm happy. If too much gets in I'll clear it...
