If you are wanting to drift dive the river its in the other direction from Lake Pleasant. You should be looking at shops in Scottsdale, Phoenix or Mesa

I'm happy I spotted this thread, it saves me from asking the same questions. I'll be coming off the Ice (McMurdo Station) sometime in Feb. and want to get some diving in. Its a bit hard to schedual anything until I get my off Ice dates set.

Willow Springs is a good option. Its been awhile since I have dove it. Most people I know dove it near the spill way. The last I check Woods Canyon was closed to swimming and diving. If you want to check out Willow Springs let me know since I live in Payson.
