I just got back from Curacao and I think it would fit the bill perfectly for you. Great diving, with great topside activities as well as being out of the "hurricane belt". You will want to rent a car, though to hit the best spots (same in Bonaire).

It's usually low to mid 70's surface and about 60 degrees at 40' - 50' gets colder as you go into the trench. I dive a 5mil with hood and gloves there and only dive from Mid-June - early October. Hope that helps. Mike

That's a bit of a loaded question IMO. If you are breating EAN21 and staging EAN32 and are diving tables or a dive computer that doesn't allow you to switch gases you're only going to be better off in terms of N2 loading. You won't have anyway of tracking your 02 based on a higher PPO2...
