if you are having problems breathing then you should go one size up. everything can look fine and fit but if you cant breath then you have problems.

well if you are willing to drive for a bit there are some pretty good dive charters runing out of the west plam area like dive solutions i have dove with them like 2 or 3 times and they run a pretty good boat.

from what you are saying ya it does sound like dehydration and that you just need to drink more but you should check with a medical professional becuase of the fact that you do have asthma.

just a quick update for those of you who wanted to know how the site was going. i have got a couple of the links up and working and am still work on some others. should be geting the information on the dive sites any day now and onces i have that information i will make a flash movie with it...

i did it, it was all right, i mean for the most part if you have dived the bahamas or something like that its the same deal, dont know how long you have to book becuase well i did not book the trio my freind did.
