Yes, get a wide angle lens. It is very helpful. I wish the Inon bayonet mount lenses worked with the Ikelite case. I would upgrade to the G9 then.

Its relevancy is the same as before. Note that some of the "experts" quoted astonishingly do not understand how vented plugs work and have never even tried them, hence are incompetent to present a critique (Dekelboum and Hunter specifically).

That is a very legitimate complaint. That 7 seconds sure feels like 10+ while waiting and makes RAW pretty much unusable on the SP-350 except for still lifes. But for a 3rd generation G-series in its price range the RAW capture on the G-9 should be even better than almost 3 seconds.

Note that "remanufactured" cameras are usually like new. Open box returns that may or may not have had problems. And the refurbishment should take care of any problems. I would not have any hesitation getting a refurbished SP-350. Might as well get 2 while you're at it. I just looked at the...
