    Low on air in deco

Unfortunately, the mentality expressed here severely cripples our area from producing good divers. Dives of this nature take place almost daily. This way of thinking has been passed down through the ranks since the 60s. This group also has the track record to prove it. Many people have died...

    STA Cumber Bands

Sounds like your harness needs adjusting to me. From what your telling us, it seems as if the plate is too high on your shoulders. Put on the rig and look in a morror. See where the top of the plate is relative to your shoulders.

    Comfybite and DIR?

There is no use in calling the TOS police. Once one troll is gone, two will fill in the void. I do find it quite amusing as to where some of these guys come up with this stuff, though. But, that's what you get from an informal, ambiguous diving forum... You don't know who's who until you've...

    double bladder

That particular dive can easily be done with a set of 80s and a 40 filled with 50%. You could even extend your bottom time more by adding an 80 stage, all while being completely balanced. You don't need larger doulbes (AL or steel), DB wings or any of this other nonsense. As far as thinking...

    double bladder

I've done many, many hours of skills work in a pool that's 82 year round. TLS350 and DUI's actionwear 150 gets the job done. I don't wear a hood and when I come out the undergarments are dry. It can be done.

    double bladder

    1) The second bladder still serves no purpose when the primary functions properly. No need to "manage" it. 2) You got BS information, sorry. 3) What kind of dive is a person doing where you need that much gas? If they're doing a dive that requires that much, they're more than likely...
