How anyone tried this?

I found this article after seeing it on the local news. And in case you’re wondering, they really can be found in the Saint Lawrence River, eastern Canada.

I tried to accurately locate this suggestion from a much older post with the same question. “Go out on Cumberland Head and dive in the bay.”

Do you think he’s referring to Cumberland Bay State Park?

I live in Montreal, I dive the Saint Lawrence a dozen times a years. If you need some good shore dive sites in the river I can help you there. The thing is I’m camping in Plattsburgh and thought I can add diving as well.
I don't know if this is the right place for this question but here it is.
I went diving in Roatan Honduras last week. I took some photos of this blue coral and no one there is able to tell me what they are called. Does anyone know?
I was lucky to get an eel in this shot.
For many in Canada our local diving season has just started, unless you like to dive under the ice of course. For most it’s a day trip to a lake, quarry, river, or the ocean. For others like me it’s a weekend of camping and diving with friends.

Follow up,
I just received the March/April edition of Dive Training magazine. On page 90 author Cathryn Castle says and I quote…
“Before even setting up your gear on a tank containing nitrox, the first thing you must so is verify its contents. This is done with a device called an oxygen...
Sorry for the delay in my reply. I used the jokes in one form or another from the following contributors. If I had time I would have used so much more.
Thanks again.

I looked around in Safari properties but can’t find anything that could prevent you from staying logged in.
Did you login to Scubaboard before making the shortcut? This way it will record the URL after you’re in.
Can’t think of anything else.
I opened Safari and navigated to Scubaboard.
I signed in with the option, "Stay logged in."
Then I touched the first icon on the top right corner of Safari, I don't know what it's called. It's the little box with an arrow pointing up.
From the menu that appears I selected "Add to home screen."
I tried tapatalk, it doesn't work well for me so this is what I decided to do. On my iPad I created a shortcut to Scubaboard and selected the option, stay logged in.
Almost all my dives are shore dives. I also dive with friends, rarely do I dive with an organized shop dive outing.
So I would need to have my own analyzer if I'm to test the cylinder at the dive site.
Thank you all for your detailed and varied responses. I'll dish out $400.00 and buy a nitrox analyzer.
This one shows up a lot, is it a good one?

When I took a Nitrox course a little while back, we tested the air at the shop and again at the dive site. Is the dive site test really necessary if I’m diving the same day I fill my cylinders?
