FS: NWT Scubapro Pilot (BC) ... Size XL

I was in a shop near my parents' house last week - they had two new Scubapro Pilot BCDs. I bought both in hopes that I could use both - that's not going to happen. I now have for sale a brand new with tags (never in the water) Pilot BCD. I would like to get $250 for this BCD. New, these are...

I realize this is an old post, but is there a place to find a Calypso Military? Does anyone know of a shop who is willing to get one?

    Holiday Gift From Suunto---Free Transmitter

Good deal from Suunto. I have been debating a Vyper Air or a Galileo Luna. This may be what was needed to push me to one side.

    Vytec (not DS) Transmitter

Thanks for the update, Chris!! This looks like a good deal and may be just what it takes to sway to to a Vyper Air from a Galileo Luna purchase. ---------- Post Merged at 11:31 AM ---------- Previous Post was at 11:31 AM ---------- Thanks for the update, Chris!! This looks like a good deal...

Dive Computer decision: Uwatec vs Suunto Vyper Air Black

I'm sorry to hear that about Suunto. As I mentioned, I have done a LOT with Suunto's wrist top running, hiking, and general use computers and never had a problem. I know Suunto doesn't distribute their products in the US but they go through a [well-known] vendor. I wonder if that's where some...

Dive Computer decision: Uwatec vs Suunto Vyper Air Black

The conservative nature of the suunto doesn't really concern me. The lack of customer service does. I have several Suunto devices for hiking, biking, etc and have never had a problem.with customer service. But o understand that suunto dive computers are not owned by the original company. I...

Dive Computer decision: Uwatec vs Suunto Vyper Air Black

Title sums it up. I'm shopping for dive computers for my wife and I for Christmas. I have narrowed it down to an Uwatec (model TBD) or a Suunto Vyper Air Black. The only two things that are "musts" are wrist-mounted and air integration. I have read countless reviews on each computer and...

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I don't disagree. I'm just trying to be careful as to what things I purchase first and where I focus my funds - what items I would like to go with first.

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I was able to speak with someone at Henderson today - that's what they told me about AquaLock. I'll remeasure and see if that's a viable option.

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I had a great conversation with AquaFlite today. I will probably be doing business with them. The "issue" is the suit is almost 2x as much as the "deal" I can get on Henderson for the next week or so.

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I'm 6' tall. I'm not a dry suit diver, but could learn. :-) I wouldn't consider myself a "BIG dude" - just bigger than average.

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I'm sorry to hear that this is an issue. A bit frustrating. Not all of us are monster huge or teenie tiny. Oh well. Maybe I'll be able to get a farmer john of my own for now. I'm hoping a local shop has Henderson in stock for me to try on. We'll see what happens!

    Wetsuits for the "Clydesdale" diver?

I would like to pick up a wetsuit, but have a few concerns when I look at the sizing chart as provided by most manufacturers. I am a big guy with broad shoulders. When I look at chest measurements I should be is a 3X wetsuit, but that makes the suit quite large in every other aspect, including...

Roll call: Any old NASDS divers out there?

My Dad is an NASDS certified diver. He received his certification around 1970 in NJ. Still has his card stashed away somewhere. Too bad he can't get a duplicate.
