found the fix you have to click explore on the cd and under usb try the different files for 64 bit

I have windows 7 x64bit and im having problem installing the software to connect my watch and update. When I first put in the usb cord it tried to install something and then failed. When I attach the watch it just counts down and nothing happenes. How do I fix this?

I wonder about that too I have the smokes and they dont even feel like they are on me underwater. They are also very lightweight and float so I dont know if thats something you like or not.

Well this type of zeagle customer support is what has swayed me to go all zeagle gear. I will do my first open water dive may 8th to test my gear and it feels good to be in good hands if I ever have a problem down the road.
