hi..friend and i are doing saipan/tinian/rota this december. we're looking to get advanced licenses. the only two english speaking shops we've found have been abracadabra and stingray divers. are there anymore on tinian or rota...or did we miss any on saipan??? thanks:)

my friends and i are traveling to saipan from japan this december. is it worth traveling to chuuk and yap...or would it be best to just dive off of saipan and tinian? we're looking to acquire our advanced licenses. thanks:)
