    Take your 7mm suits, gloves boots etc...dont take your tanks or weights. I dive there twice a year at least it's not warm water there this time of year. It is clear tho! been there 9 times so if you want info let me know..maybe can help you Cheers!

    American Canadian or Peso

    I usually buy a hundred or so US before I go, then use the bank machines from then on, you do get the best rate that way & dont have to cart around a bunch of cash. Some ATM's there give you the option of withdrawing in US or peso's.

    Exposure suit for Socorros

    I just got back from Cabo as well. I dove in a 7mm with hood and was fine. I did find my hands got cold but only wore my light, light 1mm gloves. If the socorros are warmer, I agree, you'll be fine in a 7mm. I got bottom temp readings of 62-66 F.

    I have two WVUdiver1 a 7mm arctic and a 2/3mm. Really like them both. Our LDS sells tons of Bare wetsuits so many of us around here are diving in them. So far I havent run into anyone with complaints. Cheers
