So my cracked one is the newer type? But the two would be interchangeable, although they presumably updated to make it better? Finally, does anyone know if 11-300-036 is the current part number? I know it's working OK but the cracks sure bug me. Thanks for your continued responses guys.

@couvI hear your love for the 190. My first set of regs came with S600/R295 and the 190s that shop had for hire were at least as good. It turned me right off compact second stages.

@couv you hit the nail right on the head. I assume you are talking about a plug that goes into one of the two holes that are in the housing? Now I look at another 190 I think I can see one port is plugged. In my cracked housing both of those holes are currently unplugged. It looks to me that...

Same question as the OP - is the R190 poppet housing 11190105 still available? Mine is plastic over metal and the plastic is cracked as per the picture attached.

Thanks for the follow up @tmassey . In your first review you had some recommendations for camera gear at the learner end. Have you had any new thoughts on that? To calibrate me, I've never used zoom or used an external camera on a computer, but I figure it can't be that hard.

Yep, I'm starting with the lever, spring, balance chamber and diaphragm in approximate order of expense. I sincerely hope it doesn't come down to my "delicate" touch on the barrel holes.

If you can specify the make/model of reg you will reduce the number of o-rings significantly. For "save-dive-kit" you'll probably also want DIN/tank o-rings and inflator o-rings. There are a lot of previous threads on this subject that may help.

Sweet price. If no-one notices would you consider splitting them up? I'm after the DIN 1st stage. Perhaps $50 + postage (to Australia) if you're willing to split? If anyone reading this knows a source for original Titan DIN 1st stage fittings as per the OP photo above please shoot me a message.
