Thanks all for the response. We are only two divers, I am leaning toward diving with Bahama Divers as we will be staying in an Airbnb on Paradise Island. I also prefer smaller shops rather than the large companies catering to Cruisers.

I make the coast trip worth while. My brother in law dive buddy lives out there. I leave all of my cold water gear at his place (dry suit and dive garments, tanks, weights, fins, ...) and either fly or drive out and dive for a week to ten days per trip. We do mostly shore dives but about 20%...

Only 14 lake dives. I make the trek to the coast 4-6 times a year and typically get to Cozumel twice a year. The local lake diving is frigid with very silty bottoms.

After a little over 8 years of diving I hit my 500th dive. Not bad for starting the hobby at the age of 50 and living 15 hours drive from the ocean dive sites. 500 more to the next milestone.
