Thanks - I think I need to do more back exercises and strengthen those muscles. They probably don't get much use unless I'm diving.

I was wondering if other divers get a back ache after diving a while... It seems to come from the reverse arch in my back. A friend mentioned that maybe I should use ankle weights to bring my legs down and keep me in a more level posture. Before I spend the money on them - I was wondering...

Sea Gold here, too !! It is truly the best and I've tried about 4 different ones.. I hear baby shampoo is a good choice, but never tried it myself. Although, I've heard I did try it if I went on a commercial dive boat since that's whatthey use cause it is cheap and it works!

Between dives I like fresh fruit - Cantellope, pineapple, naval oranges. After a dive - peanut butter and banana sandwich (don't knock till you try it!)

Anyone know what sort of coral this is?

I've seen lionfish on almost each of my dives this year... are these small spears easy to use? I've seen pictures of people having caught them in clear vinyl plastic bags? i Do people eat them?
