It was purchased online. I can tell you that the hardware seems to be ok (it works fine with the demo copy of DivingLog 5.0). It also works fine on another computer but unfortunatly not the one I would like to use.
Is the web site software.mares.com still active or do all the tickets just end up in the bit bucket? I posted a ticket about 24 hours ago but nothing has happened except the initial automated reply.
I'm in the same boat with Mares Puck, Drak 1.5.0 Windows XP. I did every thing they said on the support site but nothing changed. That was a lot of money for red and green LED's which is about the only thing this interface appears to do.
