Hi, haven't visited the board in a while... just got the UW case for my ZS3 and took it for it's first dip. This is the first time I've ever taken video so forgive the shaky shots... it's a lot more difficult than it looks.
Hope you guys like it.

Do you already have the Knighthawk? Just wondering, if you're going the back-inflate route anyway, why not combine expenses and go with a BPW? Dive-Rite, Oxycheq have very nice BPW rigs that are close in price to the Knighthawk... you can buy 6lbs less weight... if you find you need more than...
Ok, this is an age-old thread... I always enjoy reading topics regarding this... mainly cuz I find them entertaining... :P
My personal take on this topic...
Either jacket or BPW is fine. you're not gonna die if you choose one or the other.
What a lot of people forget is that we equip...
Hi Jay... it would really depend how cold you get under water.
I just recently started diving with just board shorts and a short sleeved rash guard (more for my BC straps than anything else.)
During the colder months here in the Phil (Dec-Feb), I use a 1.5mm wetsuit. But again, it depends on...
Hi Phil, just reviving an old thread... looking to get a new Mares Trilastic... there seems to be a new XS size for men... this doesn't seem to be in any of the online (or your 2007) size chart... where does this fall? Is it smaller than the S size in your chart? Or was the chart moved up to...
Thanks jonix!
Hi Iris, no, I'm not from scuba one nor am I an instructor... :P
I'm just a regular diver... I just stopped for a while, and started again a few months ago.
Just wanted to say "HI" to everyone here :D
I stopped diving for a while (and stopped posting on scubaboard), started again recently (same goes for posting on scubaboard)
So to everyone... here... Hello! And hope to bump into any of you in Anilao, PG or anywhere else! :D
Ok, I did find this one that fit my needs... what you guys think? HAHAHAHAHAHA
Now... to afford this... I'll have to sell all my dive gear, and not go diving again...ever...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Ya, well... that's how it started... hahahaha...
I saw an analog one online by Quantum... if I can find a way to get that one, I will... I'll settle for the Casio if someone is selling one used.
Well, like I said, I was initially just looking for a really small depth gauge... something that I couple attach to a regular G-Shock, kinda like Suunto's Clipper compass. But I can't seem to find anything that small. :P
Thanks Xizang... P15k is a bit much... I'm looking at a couple of Casio Sea Pathfinders that are under P10k. They only measure up to 30m though.
I only want the watch/depth gauge as back-up/everyday watch. I already have a Suunto as my primary.
I was just initially looking for just a back-up...
Ok, can't seem to find the Timex model anymore...
But I'm now on the hunt for the Casio SPF 100 1v
Is anyone selling this here in the Phil? New or used is fine.
R3 does sound a bit weird... it's like Tech 1 ... but not... it'll cost as much... but not allow you to dive as deep.
Why would anyone sign up for R3, instead of just going straight into Tech1?
I can't imagine lugging around twins + deco just to dive along side other PADI divers on air...
